Andy Rouillard

Andy Rouillard is an award-winning international educator and ambassador for Perron Rigot waxes, and the owner of Axiom men’s grooming salon.  As a trusted authority in the art of male waxing, Andy is a regular contributor to the trade and consumer press, a beauty awards judge, Habia consultant and the author of several published articles and textbook chapters on hair removal.

 

Kim Lawless

Kim Lawless, known in the beauty industry as The Wax Queen is renowned for her strong professionalism and passion in what she does, which is quite simply, waxing. Kim is the only trainer to only do waxing all day and can’t put across enough the importance of education and training. Kim has developed her own method of Brazilian waxing for male and female clients and believes that everyone can be taught the skills and confidence needed to become an expert waxer.

 

Anthony Hubbard

Anthony Hubbard is Technical Director and a Management Committee member of SKCIN (The Karen Clifford Skin Cancer Charity). He sits on the All Party Parliamentary Group on Skin (skin cancer sub-group) and on the Melanoma Taskforce. He is the Managing Director of Schuco International where he mainly works on the technologies for the early detection of, and surgery for, skin cancer. He has a personal interest in sun protection product development and regularly presents lectures on the ‘Science of Suncare’, which gives people the information that they need to be able to select appropriate sun protection products.

Kim has worked in the beauty industry for over 25 years as a fully qualified therapist and Further Education Lecturer, in the areas of beauty, spa, sports, nails, holistic therapy and medical aesthetician.  Kim has worked both with large corporate and smaller beauty companies, spas, salons and the retail field, also running her own beauty business and teaching in private and FE Schools and Colleges. Kim’s 11 years’ experience working as an international CIBTAC examiner in over 26 countries has given her a wealth of educational experience in the industry, and a chance to work with different cultures, nationalities, educational systems and liaise with educational and government departments.

 

Sharleen Hunter

Sharleen Hunter is the founder of Unleashed Potential which specialises in marketing and PR for the beauty industry. She is a qualified Chartered Marketer, a full member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations and is skilled at helping to increase the profile and sales of beauty brands, salons and spas worldwide.

 

Victoria Evans

Victoria has worked in various different skin centres and health spas. After working her way up to an assistant manager position, Victoria then decided to move into a sales and training role for a large industry supplier company as the area manager for the South West of England. This role helped her to broaden her knowledge of sales and business development within the skin care industry. Victoria is now working for the International Dermal Institute and has progressed to become a Corporate Trainer where she is responsible for assisting the Regional Training Manager in the training and development of instructors throughout the United Kingdom and Ireland.

 

Louise Page

My career in Styling and Make Up began in 2000 working predominantly in film. A fantastic amount has happened since then. I have been immensely lucky in the course of my career to work with some remarkable people.
What is satisfying is that I have been able to do this without compromising the way I think about beauty and fashion whether I’m asked to create a look that is Classic or Avant Garde.
What I do is not about redefining or covering up body shape and
features but rather about seeing people’s strengths, their natural beauty, inherent glamour and enable both to come fully to life.
