Full Membership £89
Our most popular Membership that is perfect for beauty, holistic or complementary Therapists, Hairdressers, Make-up Artists and Teachers*, working independantly, from home or mobile. Full Membership provides all Member benefits, including our excellent insurance policy covering advice and treatments you give.
*Insurance cover for Teachers covers all training work you may do including workshops as an employee. If you run your own course or school you will require a Corporate Training Extension that costs from £125. Large schools require a bespoke package for training cover.
Salon or Spa Membership £199
A group scheme suitable for a Salon or Spa that has one or more Therapists This package provides Membership and Professional, Public Liability of £6,000,000 and Product Liability of £30,000 cover for the Salon owner and up to two Therapists. If cover is required for more than two Therapists then an additional fee of just £65 per Therapist is applicable. The main advantage of the scheme is that it is fuss free! You won't pay routine administration charges for updating your policy or changing Therapists details.

Specialist Member £49
Available to Nail Technicians or Make-up Artists or Spray Tanners . This category is available to Beauty Therapists specialising in the previous categories and do not perform additional treatments to the categories specified. You'll get all the benefits of a Full Membership, but insurance for your specialist field.
International Member £45
Suitable for Members that live outside the UK and have been qualified for at least a year, live overseas and do not require insurance. Keep up to date with BABTAC news with Vitality magazine and the Member's Area of babtac.com. However, if you do require insurance and live in Spain, Greece, Cyprus or Malta, you can call Balens on 01684 893006 for a quote.
International Graduate Member £25
Have you graduated within the last year and live outside the UK? Then this Membership is perfect to keep you up to date with BABTAC news through Vitality magazine and access to the Member's Area of babtac.com.
Associate Member £45
Do you not practice but would still like to keep up to date with the industry? This Membership is suitable for Members who do not require insurance e.g. Maternity Member, Teacher, Retired Therapist.
Student Member £19
Suitable for a student who is currently training and includes insurance cover for case studies, provided there is some supervision, which can be charged for, providing you say you are not qualified and do not charge the full market price.
Student Plus Member £49
An upgraded Membership option for those already BABTAC Student Members, who have passed modules and would like to practice unsupervised on paying clients. Student Plus Members have all the benefits of Full Membership, but at a reduced rate. A helping hand into the world of work from BABTAC!
