BABTAC is the Promoter
1. Olympia Associate Membership refers to one year’s free BABTAC Membership excluding insurance for anyone who registers to attend Olympia Beauty September 2011
2. The closing date to apply is 18 October 2011
3. The promoter accepts no responsibility to remind entrants of the closing date of the offer. If the offer is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse
4. Only one application per person
5. No alternative cash value
6. Incorrect information will automatically disqualify the applicant
7. Only the official entry form available on babtac.com is valid
8. Employees of BABTAC, CIBTAC and their families are not eligible to apply
9. Existing Members are not eligible to apply
10. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any applications that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach the Promoter by the relevant closing date for any reason. Applications via agents or third parties are invalid. Applications become the property of the Promoter and are not returned.
11. By entering this offer, all applicants consent to the use of their personal data by the Promoter for the purposes of the administration of this offer and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented by being a BABTAC Member.

13. To participate in the offer simply follow the link on your Olympia registration confirmation email and complete the form
14. Olympia Associate Membership includes all ‘Benefits by BABTAC’, discounts on training, Vitality magazine and access to the Members Area
15. Olympia Associate Membership does not include insurance and does not allow for Members of this type to promote themselves as qualified/accredited BABTAC Therapists. Members of this type are not allowed use of the BABTAC logo on any material owned or associated with them or their business; this includes the BABTAC badge and sticker. Members of this type are not eligible to be listed on the BABTAC salon search
16. Olympia Associate Membership is free and anyone who registers for this Membership type is only entitled to the offer for one year. They will still be eligible to apply for alternative Membership and insurance, however should the Promoter choose to run the same offer again, the applicant will not be eligible for renewal of this Membership type
17. The Promoter can change these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
