Promotions by BABTAC: The Next Steps for the Express Manicure

Since the first Promotion with Tampax and Always began, we have received a number of calls from participants asking what they need to do next. To make things easier, we thought we would pull together a list of the next steps and key points to remember, for clarification.

What you need to do:

  1. Check your listing on www.alwaysmanicure.com to make sure your details are correct
  2. Brief your staff so that they all know about the Promotion
  3. Service any calls you receive; book an appointment and advise clients to bring BOTH the voucher AND the sticker from the box as proof of purchase
  4. Go through your normal appointment process; fill out any questionnaires, check for contraindications etc.
  5. Fulfil the appointment with the client
  6. Upsell your products and services, register them for loyalty cards and encourage them to book again
  7. Keep a note of the vouchers and at the end of the Promotion, we'll send you a redemption form for you to fill out.

What you should remember:

  • Clients must have both the voucher and the sticker/box as proof of purchase. If they don't, you do not have to fulfil the appointment
  • If you're getting a lot of calls, you don't have to fulfil them all - you can limit the number of express manicures you give and clients must give 14 days notice before their appointment
  • The 10 minute manicure only contracts you to give file and cuticle work; If the client wants anymore, you can ask them to pay for it
  • You are protected by a number of terms and conditions, which you can read here
