Promotions by BABTAC
Participation Terms & Conditions
Participation in each promotion is subject to the following Terms and Conditions:
- The Promoter is BABTAC, Unit 1, Ambrose House, Meteor Court, Barnett Way, Barnwood, Gloucester, GL4 3GG
- The applicant is the business owner, manager or decision maker, responsible for signing the contract.
- The participant refers to any business who has successfully registered for Promotions by BABTAC
- Applicants are entering into a 12 month rolling contract with Promotions by BABTAC. After 12 months they will be notified and given the option to opt out of the scheme
- Contracts can be terminated by the Participant, provided they notify BABTAC 45 days in advance
- Applicants must complete and sign the contract to take part and all information provided must be correct. Incorrect information will automatically disqualify the applicant from upcoming promotions, until the issue is rectified.
- Only the official contract supplied by BABTAC via post, email or from the babtac.com website is valid
- Participants will notify BABTAC of any changes in the information provided or changes to the offers they can commit to.
- By entering the Promotions scheme, all applicants are consenting to the use of their personal data by the Promoter for administrative purposes and any other purposes to which the applicant has consented by being a BABTAC member
- If you have a complaint about the Promotions scheme, please send details of the complaint in writing to Promotions by BABTAC, Unit 1 Ambrose House, Meteor Court, Barnett Way, Barnwood, Gloucester GL4 3GG UK
- Employees of BABTAC, CIBTAC and their families are not eligible to apply
- Any complaints received by the Participant from a client must be detailed to the Promotions Team within 48 hours of receipt and resolved within 72 hours
- Participants must honour the promotion for any valid voucher holder within the promotional dates. Any specific terms and conditions for each promotion and the terms of redemption will be specified as appropriate.
- Promotion appointments are subject to availability and at the participants discretion
- Participants must keep a record of the amount of of redemptions used and keep the vouchers as proof of redemption.
- Participants must notify their staff of any upcoming offers, training them to administer the offers.
- BABTAC reserves the right to remove any Member from the scheme if their Membership expires and they are no longer a registered BABTAC Member.
- The Promoter reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of use without notice should changes be deemed necessary.
