Notice is hereby given that the 2022 Annual General Meeting of BABTAC Ltd and CIBTAC Ltd will be held at 18C Ley Court, Barnwood, Gloucester, GL4 3RT at 9am on Tuesday 2^nd August, for the purposes of considering, and if thought fit, passing various resolutions that will be published by 12^th July [being 21 days before the AGM] on the Companies’ website which can be found in the Member's Lounge. Members should log in to the members area to access the “Company Documents” section. Copies of the Companies’ accounts will also be available here.
