Bust treatments

Treatments for this area of the body are aimed at improving texture of the tissues and temporarily firming. Products may be applied as a type of mask or massage, aiding Lymphatic flow therefore helping the removal of excess fluid. Toning of the bust is difficult manually therefore treatments are superficial.

As this is a personal treatment it would be advisable to speak to the Beauty Therapist prior to the treatment ensuring any concerns are answered.

Many body treatments will include the bust area as part of the treatment. A full body exfoliation or body wrap will treat the whole body. However, should a client not wish to have the bust treated the Therapist will respect their wishes and adapt the treatment accordingly.

How can I improve the tone of the bust area?

The breast is not actually muscle tissue. The supporting muscles and ligaments sit on the chest wall underneath the breast. Any improvement in the tone of the bust will only be achieved by working on the muscles that support them. Manual treatments as discussed above aim to improve the superficial texture and temporarily tighten the bust. Toning the muscles behind the bust should improve the position of the breast on the chest wall.

Specific exercises for these muscles can be very successful.
