Get your business ready to bounce back!

Get your business ready to bounce back!

In these challenging times it is important to try to be positive and proactive (although we do understand that it can be easier said than done!).

Here are a few ideas on how to use your time in a way that will benefit you and your business. We believe that the companies that use their time productively now will be the first to bounce back when things return to normal.

  • Why not email your client list and use social media to reach out to customers, suggest buying a gift voucher for use in the future to help support you as a small local business. You could put an offer together so when they come into the salon later to redeem their voucher they can get money off products.
  • Your clients will have more free time, use social media to stay in touch, share photos of previous work and reviews from customers or add the personal touch and show how you are staying busy at home.
  • Encourage your followers to take time to like and comment on your posts as well as leave a review for treatments that they have already had.
  • Take this opportunity to work on your business’s social media, whether that’s learning the basics, signing up to a new account or preparing your posts and promotions for getting your business back up and running. Read our other marketing blog post for social media inspiration HERE
  • Now is a great time to encourage people to use your product range at home. Can you put together a promotion such as money off when they buy multiple products? Could they pay online and you deliver to their doorstop if they are local?
  •  If you have thought about updating or expanding your beauty knowledge and the treatments that you offer? Now is the ideal time to research the training options available to you. Your most recent copy of Vitality lists all BABTAC Accredited short courses. If you are thinking about starting to offer training yourself there’s lots of information about getting your courses accredited by BABTAC on our Accredited Training page HERE
