Annual General Meeting Notice

Notice is hereby given that the 2019 Annual General Meeting of BABTAC Ltd and CIBTAC Ltd will be held at Ambrose House, Meteor Court, Barnett Way, Gloucester GL4 3GG at 10:30 a.m. on Monday the 21^st Ocotber 2019, for the purposes of considering, and if thought fit, passing various resolutions that will be published on the Companies’ website which can be found at www.babtac.com. Members should log in to the members area and then navigate to the “Company Documents” section. Copies of the Companies’ accounts will also be available here.
